Construction Updates

New Clubhouse – Coming 2022

2021 Construction Updates –

July 2021 – Move to Temporary Structures and Indoor Demolition

Our indoor operations have officially moved over to the temporary structures located to the East and West of the building. This includes our Golf Shop, offices, and food operation. With all operations moving out of the building, it was time for the indoor demolition to begin! Now that the walls are down and the ceiling opened up, the space is starting to take on a new life and foreshadow what the future holds!

June 2021 – Club House Construction Begins!

Construction is starting at the club house! At the time, we were still be operating out of the Golf Shop while we got our temporary structures ready. The entire back of the building was closed off with fencing to begin exterior demolition so patrons were advised to use the front entrance at that time.

May 2021 – Cart Paths

The first project to break ground on this renovation was our Cart Path Project! Up until now, the paths had been original to the course, and although they were good to us over the years, it really showed! We were pleased to be able to host golfers throughout the duration of this project. This is the only project we foresee disrupting the play of the course, and look forward to many seasons to come on this updated path!

January 2021 – Design

The design process has begun at The Bluffs! With the mission of bringing people together in mind, the design is centered around moments and the experience. Weather that moment is a round of golf and lunch on a Tuesday or a special occasion, the hope is that everyone will leave the Bluffs anticipating their return.

There are several notable features in the design, but the most noteworthy would be the addition of an indoor-outdoor bar! This will increase our indoor seating capacity and allow a fluid transition from the course to the clubhouse!
